The documents listed below are to assist you in preparation for Ceremony, ritual and other BSML activities. In the documents about Sweatlodge and Pipe are guidance in personal preparation, instruction about arrival times and directions to the Ceremony site.
The Release of Liability form offered here is mainly for parents/guardians who want their children to participate in our Ceremony. Your 13 to 18 year old child may participate if a parent/guardian and the child complete the form. Children under the age of 13 may participate in our Ceremony only if supervised by a participating parent/guardian. Every BSML activity participant will be required to complete a Release of Liability form on site or bring a completed Release of Liability form to the site before participating in our activity.
